Return Policy

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

We know getting that perfect fit is difficult, so we make it easy to get it right! Initiate your return or exchange here. (P.S. returns and exchanges are free!) All returned products must be returned within 30-days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.

Please note that all underwear, bralettes, towels, face coverings and monogrammed purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are eligible for exchanges, but can't be returned. No exchanges will be supported for International orders. We are unable to cancel or change shipping methods for Instant Exchanges.


Loop Returns

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For replacement product(s), they will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when the new items you ordered are on their way.


Do I get my money back for Shipping fee on original purchase?

Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned.
