My products arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same item at no cost.
How soon will I receive my refund??
We are sorry that your bikini or products did not serve you this time, and upon inspection of your returned items, we will process and deliver funds and or exchange within 15 calendar days.
How do I make a return or exchange?
We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For replacement product(s), they will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when the new items you ordered are on their way.

Items purchased using a 10% discount code or above.
Any items using a coupon code will be issued a gift card or exchange.

What should i include with my return or exchange?
Please include the packing slip/( invoice) and the dust bag in the 4x 6 bag provided to you.
When returning any items that you have mix and matched bikini and want to return either the top or the bottom only a gift card or exchange for different size will be issued
If you decide to return both items of a mix and match bikini please include the dust bag in the 4x6 bag provided to you.The tamper proof liner must be intact.
